We need a list of officially allowed mods

into exact mods and the never ending discussion of things
like: "Well what about XXXX it's like the banned XXXXX but it's
different because......" or things like: "I don't
think this is advantage" "I think this is an advantage" "OMG WG why
don't you ban it" "OMG WG why do you allow it?"
