High ping/lag on EU1 21/01/2014

Ectar: Greetings Commanders,   We are currently investigating an issue affecting the EU 1 server which is causing players to drop from battle or experience high ping/lag.  This is also having an affect on EU 2.   We would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused and we're working to get this fixed asap.  Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
