Ectar:   Wow. This is what I was suggesting since version 0.4 or so. It must be really tricky to code this! :)   Different things have different priorities. Also some issues are not as big as some players like to make out.    Premium ammo is a handy crutch for people to blame any loss on. "There is no way I could have been shot, he must have used gold" or "My add on said it was gold so it must have been". Premium ammo has always been there. Playing with all your tanks loaded with premium rounds isn't sustainable.  As much as you claim it's unfair people shoot you with gold, there is nothing to prevent you from having a few shells yourself to throw back.  We monitor the usage, sales and frequency of premium rounds and if certain tanks/guns become too powerful due to overuse, they get adjusted (M4 Sherman, Pz IV, VK2601 and other HEAT shell using tanks).   The spotting system has been covered many times. If there is plans to change that the devs will let players know in advance.   MM has also been covered many times. Less players at night = potential for weirder matches as the system tries to make teams. It's a 2 tier spread and works. Having everyone fight at the same tier doesn't work and there is no plans to introduce a skill based system as you'd still have a 2 tier split, be back where you started, and instead would be complaining about how your rating is wrong and it's not "your" fault it's at that level. (Anyone familiar with players complaining about "ELO hell" will understand this).   Regarding the coding issue. If you could speak Russian you could always apply here - http://wargaming.com/en/careers/office/1/#vacancy-list-182  If you didn't speak Russian but had an awesome resume I'm sure they're consider you seriously if you knew your stuff and could show clear aptitude, ability and knowledge.  Everyone has their own list of "must fix" or "must add" features to the game. 1 click crew shifting is a cool addition but was hardly a game breaker without it or a massive inconvenience. Again going back to the first point different things have different priorities.
