the deals are and were the same and available for everyone
(minus what you already have in your garage)." This is fraud
plain, and simple, at no point was this messaged, not on the
portal, not on the initial forum post, and most certainly not in
the email I just received.
Dwigt: There is a whole
section in the article talking about the stock.
That said, some of the info like 'refilling' stock was not
necessary but since some of you asked we had to share the info a
bit later in the comments.Regarding the emails and the articles.
Those are drafted and scheduled in advance and by the time the
emails got sent out, some of the tanks were already sold out. We'll
be more careful in the future to avoid similar mistakes.

I have a question, why there is no information about quantity of
available bundles/offers? Literally numbers. List of available
offers, % of probability etc - as gambling mechanic its obligatory
for consumers to add this information for heaven sake. I have
most of the tanks from bundles so I was hunting on Kirovets-1
(should be easy eh?

) - but it was already gone, so I spent over 20mln of credits
to shuffle same offers over and over with directives, consumables,
wot premium days, premium tank turtle (added to whishlist), bond
modules and rental of strv 81, t-103 3D and 2D styles, because
Kirovets-1 already gone. Is it right to attract players with
new premium tank for credits to "event" that was on second day
already "out of stock"? Many of players couldn't even get to
this "event" due to this message with technical issue.
It's not right to advertise for offer that it's gone.
Dwigt: The technical issue was unfortunate indeed but we were on it from
the very first second. As for the first question, some information
was not public and could not be shared but as you can see now we
confirmed what items are sold out. However, the bars above the
bundles in the in-game clients should provide you with the
information around the stock status and you also have other players
who can confirm if the bundles were sold out or still
available.

impressed if WG's fail and lack of apology history was not so
legendary !
Dwigt: Well yeah he kinda predicted it

but it's also part of our job to admit when mistakes were
made and apologize if needed. The feedback was and is still useful.
As you can see some of the comments compared this event as a better
and improved Black Market or Daily deals. We took your feedback
from those past events and tried this new concept. And of course
there is still a lot to improved and that's why we are gathering
and grateful to your feedback!
Galaxy_class, on 16 February 2022 - 08:08 PM, said: I don't like to shoot the message so will be constructive in
my criticism.

They weren't available to everyone. Many people had
problems using the event while others were unaffected. That means
many people were able to get offers that then sold out leaving
those with technical problems unable to get the tanks. What's
worse, is they didn't even know this and ploughed millions of
credits into the event, hoping to get a K-1 or Astron for 1 credit.
The news article advertising the new tank is still up despite
no-one having the possibility of obtaining this tank. Many people
will still fall for this. Surely this can't be an acceptable format
for an event. Just sell the tanks! I don't know why this is made so
complex. I know WGing want to reduce the number of credits floating
around in peoples accounts but I would expect players to actually
get something for those credits. Luckily these issues didn't affect
me because I wasn't interested in the K-1 and I got a Type 59
pretty cheaply but I feel bad for many of the people on this forum
who have lost hard earned credits in what is, at best, a bodged
event or at worst, something more sinister. Anyway, have a
nice day, and thanks for taking the flack for WGings Marketing
Division once again.

mynameispuffs, on 16 February 2022 - 08:43 PM, said: The premise of the event was really good, and there are definitely
some aspects that can be carried forwards as they are. Things to
improve: - 5 free spins minimum (3 is just hilariously low) - Make
it so you can never receive the offer multiple times in a row -
Make it extremely obvious when a particular vehicle has sold out -
add a new tab to show all the bundles on offer to an individual,
and grey out/slap a big sticker over the ones that are completely
gone. This little 'lots remaining' bar was ok, but not obvious
enough. - Make sure it actually works before
releasing it - Think about lowering the reroll to 50k. Or, leave it
at 75k, but offer more free rolls. Hopefully this is a
little more constructive than the usual screaming and
crying.

Dwigt: Thank you for both of you Puffs and Galaxy! This is indeed very
helpful.Again regarding the article, as I said above, in general
the articles are drafted and scheduled in advance and the goal of
this article is to promote the tank and how to play it. The part in
the article around how to get the Kirovets-1 was edited and removed
later.
L0rd_0f_War, on 16 February 2022 - 08:56 PM, said: Sadly not accurate Dwigt. There is no info on availability when
many tanks/deals are sold out yet are being advertised as available
through the event and even emails are being sent to customers
enticing them to roll for such rare deals. No transparency on stock
when enticing people to roll for the items is fraud/scam. Do you
expect everyone to ask forum members and reddit if anyone can say
there is stock of a certain tank before draining million down the
drain rolling for a potentially sold-out deal. Beyond such
scammish behaviour, the event was basically a day 1 event as the
remaining 4-5 days are just for the left over garbage and to keep
uninformed people rolling for sold out deals, with no way of
knowing which deals are still available. If this is a Black Market
replacement, then it is a failure to not be able to keep people
engaged throughout the event like before. BM 7 days and 14 offers
were all highly anticipated and kept everyone engaged for the full
event, whereas now its basically first 3-4 hours and then whatever.
The free rolls for day 1 are basically what really mattered as
well. Wish you a good day Dwigt. I know its not your fault
and I do appreciate your efforts in damage control. But please do
forward our collective disappointment with the way this event was
designed, (mis)communicated and its poor technical execution (as is
already known at this point).
Dwigt: As I said in my post from yesterday, we are trying to share as much
as we can and today we were able to confirm the list of items that
were sold out. We counted on the stock status bar and the new
mechanics introduced in this new concept to deal with such matters
but also to avoid some complaints and "issues" that the community
flagged in the Black Market concept such as missing out on the
auctions and not being able to participate. Of course the new
system helped but we are putting limited quantities that will
eventually run out.Black Market is a separate event but definitely
helped us in this new concept.

acknowledged and also I posted their news item from 1400 yestreday
a few pages ago. I also had a ticket open which they acknowledged
they are working the issues. How that will resolve for us all is
another question personally, I think they were on the right
track, BM required being up at stupid hours, this seemed not to
require that, but there are many lessons they can learn in this
thread....hope they do
Dwigt: Thank you for resharing the news and the updates. Our CS
immediately shared the news around the technical issue and indeed a
lot to read and process in this thread and most of it has been
frowarded.
casper31, on 17 February 2022 - 10:58 AM, said: Thanks Dwigt

. Do
you know what are next steps with the current situation of this
event?
Dwigt: Depends on what do you mean by next step.
The event continues for 3 more days for now, we will keep updating
the list for the remaining offers.

Dwigt I would like to know why if you rented a tank in
the caravan (because like me it was first thing in the morning and
my old eyes didn't see it was only a rental, so my bad), but back
to the why do you state the rental tank can be purchased for gold
if you put your mouse over it in the garage, but then refuse to
sell it after you buy the required gold to have enough
(your bad).
Dwigt: The purpose of rental tanks, in general, is to try them and
then later after rental period/battles expires you can decide
whether or not you would like to buy it.
Guderian_RO, on 17 February 2022 - 01:00 PM, said: Do u think will be another black market this year guys?
Dwigt: There will not be a Black Market this year.

enlighten me PS Got the T22 but dont have the Bonds, so that

Dwigt: For the simple reason that some of tanks are rare and we do not
want to flood the server with those tanks, especially the new ones.
