It's our way to reward players who are participating and
completing those modes.It is up to you to decide whether or
not you would like to take part or pass on those modes. Ranked
experience was improved and it's much more accessible now but still
you are not forced to play it.As for your second question, buying
premium tanks or accounts are related to bonds and reward tanks.
Those are two separate types of content and have different means
and ways to be obtained in the game.You are buying a Premium
tank and not easy way and access to other content in the
game.
