tanks, especially the speed penalty reduction. We want to introduce
a new mechanic and more diversity but we also want to make sure
that it will not have a negative impact on the overall balance. By
saying that, I can assure you that while some devs are working on
new content, others are also working on balancing current tanks and
other aspects of the game.
