this may sound, I think Dwight is a really great community manager.
He often gets a lot of hate on these forums which I simply don't
find justified. Looking at people's feedback, a lot of it is not
constructive at all and as someone with community management
experience I'm glad that he is as transparent as one could be with
a rather large company behind their back. Yes some decisions suck
and lately most of them are huge credit sinks, but I as far as I
know it's not up to them to decide whether it gets implemented or
not, so I don't get the "trust issues" some people have with
them.
Community managers always have limited data as for that they can
share and sometimes the best they can do is give a vague answer and
communicate with the community (even if they can't do much about
it) - which in all fairness all WG community managers do quite
well. Either way, happy 11th birthday World of Tanks!
Dwigt: I truly appreciate your kind words! Hope to keep it that way and
improve my communication and share more info with you whenever I
can

make sense to ever invest any time at all in the game. until then,
all new content feels like it's being created in vain. love
the 3k bonds, though. otherwise, the direction the game is taking
is as enjoyable as watching a loved one succumbing to a severe drug
addiction, while all attempts of an intervention (i.e. negative
forum feedback to prevent more trash from happening) are going
nowhere. enjoy celebrating while you still can, but keep an eye out
for a life boat on the sinking ship you made WoT into. Maybe do
you'll have to do it like blizzard soon (no, not the sexual
harassment stuff) and give us a WoT Resurrected like they did with
diablo 2. any game version before EBRs would do.
Dwigt: You can find the official communication for Crew 2.0 in my reply
below to ShrewdI'm sorry that you perceive the direction we're
taking that way but I'm sure we will have some news that will
change it.That Diablo II will surely bring back some childhood
memories. It's the game that got me into video games.

positive and never trolls. Speaking of great community managers, I
haven't seen Parim in a while - hope he is okay!
Dwigt: Thank you thank you!! Parim is fine! Just spoke to him this morning

He was promoted to Video Content
Manager few months ago. You can tune in and watch him streaming in

mean actually practically free, ACTUALLY valuable stuff, just for
logging in is almost as good as it gets. I'd have to be crazy
to complain about it. One word of advice/reminder
however. They're going to bring crew 2.0 to the live
servers soon so for the ones (like myself) which are considering
exchanging their tickets for crew members with BiA as a zero
perk - think twice if it's worth it and you wouldn't want something
else instead as they're going to ruin them with screw 2.0.
Dwigt: I'm happy that you like the gifts! I understand that whenever
we have crew-related news or specials some of you prefer to wait
for Crew 2.0.Here's the latest official update on Crew 2.0
development: "Thanks to a massive participation in the
sandbox and community input across all online platforms we have
collected large amounts of data and feedback on Crew 2.0. We are
still working on processing it and as of now no decision has been
made regarding the future of the feature. There is still a lot of
work to do but you can be sure that we will keep you informed of
future developments when we can."
