IF i wanted to get to test i would be in sandbox (for your personal info alone , i was into this game more than u think and also was there in the 1st sandbox u released...... unfortunatelly after seing that sandbox was just a manipulating tool and not a real test engine i stopped participating at all....), it is on the company side to trust or not game developers about ideas and then get em punished  or rewarded regarding the  result.... for example i personally find absolutely no reason in participating in a test server about HE where EVERYONE was shooting APCR............ IF u can understand the failure point u achieved in that....... So next time u will get to reply to me , keep in mind that i want no generic answers... answer with facts or numbers or just hide in ur corner till u have a specific answer to what i asked.... u understand where u fail as the one who gather info and give feedback? cause if u replied with a generic answer to a guy (wont say customer cause i have stopped paying even for premium account a loong time ago as i found a more honest company to give my money) that asked for numbers  and specific percentages , then i am not sure if u r able to understand the question (think about feedback) or u r able to understand what info u should share (thus understanding and what info u should pass)....     edit : for getting things clear here and avoiding missunderstandings , i am still eager to get on ur side and like the game again and why not share my gaming budget with the company that i used to spend em , (as i believe most players r in these forums) BUT ur policy and the way the game goes does not help at all....

Dwigt: First of all, I know and understand that none of it is personal and same goes for me :)When I'm replying to you, I can not unfortunately disclose specific information and numbers. No, not because it is not on our favor, but those are classified information that we can not share publicly for so many reasons. Believe me if we can share specifics this would help us community managers in our answers and trying to convince you and prove ourselves but we can not, whether the numbers are in favor or not.We try to share as much as we can to be transparent, like I did with the 20k participants but that's how much I can share. My answer my seem generic to you only because I have been repeating it for weeks now :teethhappy: but it's not generic, it's the info I can share publicly. I'm sorry but my job is not to sit in a corner but come to you with answers and facts to your concerns as much as I can. You asked "how many players u had last year, how many u have this year and tell us teh actuall number of surveys that was released, what percentage of ur playerbase is the ones who answered the surveys"My answer was 20k participants globally. That's how much I can share even if I have more info about it. I would be surprised if any company will release it's active users/sales publicly. The percentage of the playerbase is not 100% but we both know that not everyone will go to the sandbox or even cares. Some people just want to shoot tanks for 2 3 hours in the evening. Sandbox is like the local elections... You have a chance to forward your opinion. Do it. The forums are being listened to and your feedback here is effective, believe it or not but it's not enough to overweight the surveys.
