Why is Wargaming so inactive on the forum page?

this topic is trying to get attention from our community and make
WG to listen what we all REALLY want and how they can keep this
game interesting and fun to play. I couldn't find many topics like
this where someone is trying to say how badly Wargaming is taking
our suggestions and ideas that we have. So I'm really just hoping
that Wargaming is going to be more active on the forum taking into
consideration our ideas and listening to players. I would really
appreciate it that you would share your own thoughts on my topic
and tell me what you think Wargaming should do differently. Dwigt: Hey Pigg Quick, Thank you for starting this discussion as I
can see, many fellow forumites are share the same thoughts. We do
our best to cover all the forums, channels and topics. We also have
our side projects and tasks that we are working on and deadlines to
respect. To be honest, I was busy gathering and compiling the
feedback for the latest Update and Field Modification
lately. You can find us Reddit, Discord, facebook fan pages,
social media channels and on streams as well. I can tell you,
sometimes it's really hard for me to check the forums even though I
have multiple threads/tabs open and some quoted posts I want to
answer. Know that if we do not post that often, it does not mean we
do not read and forward your feedback and suggestions. I have
also seen some players comparing us to other companies which does
not really reflect any truth justify why we are not very active on
the forums. Not all companies have the same communication channels,
ways of engaging with their players and not all Community Managers
have the same tasks, tools and responsibilities. I would
like to than you again for sharing it your opinion, HeatResistant
and I, as well as other fellow CMs are always doing our best to
covers topics, answer your questions and listen to what our players
have to say.
