but not. you will release this piece of HE's nerf and then... then... you may evaluate the (ruined) game? very nice!
Dwigt: So we are not nerfing HE again in CT2 but we are making spaced
armor more effective based on the community feedback from CT1
EBR wheels might slightly benefit
from it but you are still going to do serious damage and penetrate
the hull of those vehicles.Regarding the second part of your
comment, unfortunately most players on CT prefer to try the
changes on the higher tier tanks making it harder for us to gather
stats and feedback on low-mid tier tanks on CT. But, just like
any other competitive game, balancing is an ongoing process and
as more players will be playing those tanks on the live
servers, we will be gathering additional data and making more
accurate adjustments if needed.

Dwigt: Why not adjustment them accordingly for the players who enjoy
playing the class.

Dwigt: CT does not only work on Tier 10.. Most players on CT, apparently
will go and play or try the changes made to the tier X tanks
or simply try new tanks that they are looking to grind. We are
constantly encouraging our players and asking them to go on the
sandbox and CT servers to test all the changes, not only
on higher tiers, so we can have better and more accurate
results. But again, as I said in my first reply, the balancing
process is an ongoing thing that will never stop at one stage. You
can see that in other games like WoT, devs will keep monitoring and
tweaking the tanks if needed based on the feedback and stats they
will be gathering.

Dwigt: I don't see any mentions of Russian tech trees in the article. But
if you mean Heavily armored vehicles then I guess other nations
will benefit from those changes too no?

Dwigt: Both of those changes came after the CT1 based on the feedback
gathered from the community that we also found reasonable. If HE
shells lose some penetration when going through screens, thus
making those more effective on some tanks, it shouldn't be
considered as overcomplicating our game.

Dwigt: Lot of heavies in the game that are supposed to have this strengths
yes, but they are not only Russian tanks.

Dwigt: I thought we openly stated our goals and focus points since the
first sandbox article. Gathering feedback and making adjustments
does not mean we don't know what we are doing
How would those changes benefit skilled players more than any other average player?
This would bring us to the same conversation I had with Grasho about certain tanks, map design a while ago when we first announced the changes but even though those are separate topics yet related, it HE requires more effort or knowledge now it should be overall beneficial to the gameplay

Dwigt: Because sound detection should be a skill on its own. Not all tanks
might use it. However, based on your feedback and requests, we
might consider adding this perk to the radio man.
