If I ever open a business, I want this kind of apologetic people as customers. Get charged more and more be happy about it.

is not completely false. Ofc no one wants to pay more, that's why
no one is paying more for the tanks/lines they are grinding, they
are still paying less than the regular price.I understand that
reducing the discounts can still be perceived negatively but I also
would like to point out that we are offering one
additional line, we have other events running at the same time
awarding some boosters.
