WOT charging me thousands of euros to lift a ban caused by a hacker

Dwigt: Hello WITTE_FREDDY, I am sorry to hear that. I checked the ticket and discussed it with our CS agent and it seems that, looking at the situation, CS nothing can be done at this point. The options that you suggested are indeed very valid but unfortunately do not correspond with our terms and policies.As it was explained in the discussion with the CS agent, due to a recent update after the incident on your account happened the roll back was not available and the newly purchased content can not be deleted/removed. Since the person who "took over" the account bought some content and used some of it, we unfortunately can not refund those purchases. This is our refund policy included in our terms and services.The account was banned to stop all suspicious activities and limit that other person from using your account. Again I am sorry that you feel that no one is able to help you but I can assure you that our CS agent did their best to restore the account. Having said the above, the only option to get back the account would be to pay for what you will get to keep. I understand that the sum is not a reasonable one to pay. As some of our dear forumites suggested, the best option would be that you start a fresh account. If you do, hit me up in the forum PMs!
