battle pass won't be a motivation anymore to play this game.
Then if you pay you get more improved equipment increasing the gap
between paying and f2p players. Another demotivating factor.
Only with arty nerf + max 1 arty per game change I would see any

I hate that silly argument that only paying customers support the
servers and only big spenders deserve bounty equipment... Without
f2p players there won't be anyone to play with, only whales
pounding at each other in their OP premiums with full bounty
equipment, food and gold ammo... FUN, EH? Anyway, I think I
should stay away from forums for some time, I just can't stand the
fact that most people are actively defending WG's agressive

f2p players, however you have to keep in mind that those bounty
equipment still need to be upgraded for 3 million credits or else
you will have standard equipment.

But everyone is able to play TierX and earn bond. Bonds are not included in the Improved Pass, so that everyone could earn them. And just like any other game, new players will need to grind their way up and will sometimes play at a disadvantage against veterans and old players but that doesn't mean it's p2w. They earned those bond equipment by playing comp modes and tier X battles.
