Halloween 2020: Your Guide to Mirny-13

Dwigt: Hello everyone,  Thank you for sharing your feedback and perception of the event. I have added the good and bad points to the feedback and reported it to the devs. I assume a lot you used the 5 free stimulant packs we gave you at the start which increased your recovery cost from 25k to 225k. The recovery cost has been reset to 25k this morning.Every time your commander goes into Mirny-13, it will be bad for his physical and mental health and the medical bill will increase. Using a stimulant pack to recover your commander will also increase the next recovery cost.
