New Japort map changes

Dwigt: Greetings Commanders, New map changes have been made to the direction for medium and light vehicles. We've completely redesigned it and: 1) Increased room for maneuver. 
2) Improved the passing point to make it less vulnerable to shelling. 
3) Expanded the possibilities of using various tactics. We’ve also reduced non-playable areas on the map.
