Dwigt: Yeah I can see that some of you are not happy with this feature and
I honestly I still don't understand why and how a minor
customization feature, that was already tested and introduced to
the game, can upset some players. It's not that we shifted all
our workforce to create a new feature from scratch. We have
dedicated teams working on several projects and core mechanics of
the game like rebalancing, tanks, crews and ammo... Regarding
your second point, I respect your opinion but I don't totally agree
with it. Yes, generally all major decisions will come from our HQ
and most of the times from the dev team, just like any other game
or major company, it's not a secret. Every feature is like a sacred
child that the devs have been working on for several months,
years...The feedback or general sentiment on the forums is the main
source of feedback for us, the EU Community Team but it's not our
only source or the most indicative one. For example, I
haven't seen a single Dog Tags post on Reddit
(EU/NA). However, and like I said in my Q&A, when testing
major changes such as equipment, ammo rebalancing and maybe crew,
we have these sandbox servers where you can try the feature
yourself and leave a much more detailed, concrete and effective
feedback that will usually help our devs to proceed in the right
direction. You might not agree with me but I can assure you
that EU feedback is more and more effective these days.

honest discussion - i mean it. do you want to discuss further all
the stuff? within the same spirit of honesty of both sides? we can
take this private chat, i don't mind. i will ease things for you:
1) i don't want arty removal; let's make further tuning of its
participation in the battles: how many, how often, how much
punishing to other players 2) yes, i don't like wheelies; let's
make further tuning of the vehicles appearance - speedy and
unbelievable manoeuvrer? ok, but do they need aim-bot with freaking
HE shells? i don't think they do 3) yes, i have my comment to MM;
you have 'gazilion' of data to be matter of solid analytics - why
can't you make MM to be chosen based on personal rating, that you
officially show in every game client? you have leagues for ranked
battles, so you know how to segregate players - time to go with it
for random matches 3a) yes, lower tiers MM is suppressed by seal
clubbers; having accomplished no. 3, why don't you give
'greenhouse' environment for newbies? why do you expose them to
seal clubbers, ridding their tier II or III for 10k battles in same
vehicle? or streamers that do 'tech tree reviews' each Sunday,
having naughty fun up to tier 5? 4) yes, gold spam is annoying
sometimes; you found a way in Steel Hunter - you want higher
penetration? ok good Lady/Sir, but you get smaller dmg as trade-in;
what blocks you to do the same in randoms and other game mods? 5)
no, clan wars vehicles don't fit random battles; clan snowflakes
want to ride their well-paid prizes? fine, let them ride them - IN
CLAN WARS BATTLES; you made a good step with preventing them to
access ranked battles, now go and say "B" and don't let spit on
others in random battles that was like 10 min of writing -i
think i may have 2-3 more points; you wanna talk about them? "call
me maybe", thanks.Dwigt: I would love to but it would take pages and hours, maybe at next
Tank Fest next year over a beer! (one can only dream
)1) 2) We're always trying to adjust
and tune every type and class of vehicles in the game. The EBR nerf
is our first step but maybe not the last one but keep in mind that
we don't want to kill the class when rebalancing it as a lot player
enjoy playing it.3) We're tying to improve the newcomer experience.
We increased the HP and Ammo rack to give the new player much more
time in battle so he can understand and react to what's happening.
And now, we're trying to reduce the gap between sealclubbers
and newcomers by removing the equipment slots and module/crew
damage. The only thing we can not remove is player's skill and
we can not stop old players from playing low tiers. Some of you
enjoy playing on low tiers!4) Ammo system is being reworked atm.
We'll have to wait and see I guess.5) Players who own Reward Tanks
should be able to play their tanks. Randoms battle should be
random where you have all types of players and tanks so you
can improve your skills, train your crews, research tanks... Just
like Quick Play modes in other games. However, we're trying to
improve the Ranked Mode and make it all about skill and fair to
everyone. That's why we removed Reward Tanks as a first step and
maybe more changes will follow.

Dwigt: Just like Gremlin said, it's nothing but a
cosmetic/customization item that will display your
progress, stats or maybe some special emblems I imagine just
like in World of Warships or any other game. It's not affecting
anything else in the game and it was already tested and introduced
in the past. So I suppose it wasn't that hard for the devs to add
it back.
