That would immediatelly stop all bots, because those that use bots to gaiin progress and later sell account with garbage statistics but with high-tier tanks, won't be able to play and ruin high tier games.   Just do quick SQL query for high number of battles and very low statistics, and you would find bots. Someone that "plays" 200 battles per day isn't human, he is a bot and his stats would prove that.
