can always send a ticket to our CS team asking them reconsider
their decision and you can also ask them to help you find a
solution if you have a recurring in game issue.We understand that
sometimes your game might crash or you might disconnect but it's a
way to avoid and reduce unsportsmanlike behaviors that affect
our players.
