You are a community manager - do you think this is appropriate response to criticism people have regarding these boxes? Imagine if a community manager from some other company (let's say Blizzard) went to the forums where people complained about some store item and CM would say 'are we forcing you to buy it?'.

It feels so surreal to read some of these responses from WG (and it's even worse on Russian forums).
