Become transparant.   In an open area of a forum, identify the concerns your customers are highlighting, identify what the customers say the resolution is, confirm if the concern has been escalated, and confirm what the outcome is.   Using my main concern:    The problem: Equipment 2.0 transition has devalued my account.  The 19m I spent on low-tier equipment is now only worth 14m.  I have similar concerns about my high-tier equipment that will be demounted by WG. Resolution: I want my equipment sold at the original cost I paid for it. Have you escalated this?  Yes / No.  Reason why not. What is the outcome?  Our transition plan was designed to ensure that players did not lose out, but there is always the chance that a few players accounts may be anomalies.  If, after selling the demounted and incorrectly placed equipment, you do not have enough silver to remount an equal number of equipment pieces, please raise a ticket.  We will then check your account to confirm you now have fewer pieces of equipment and then credit your account with sufficient silver to buy the remaining equipment.   Such an open approach to customer concerns can take the sting out of a lot of the issues raised.  It also shows that you add value and that WG listens to its customers.
