racist comments etc etc and yet it seems to be perfectly
acceptable. I have given up reporting people, as nothing happens
they are still ingame and playing actively. I even reported players
with video etc to support and the response is dont bother just use
the ingame reporting. I do worry that you are leaving
yourself VERY open to a case that you are allowing minors that
definitely play this game to have extremely unacceptable chat.
It is disappointing to see. There can be a lot of
strong talk and thats fine, I am happy to respond but it is
distasteful to get comments like: "ur so funny as much as you dead
family hanging outside the auschwitz" You really need to get
your act together.Dwigt: Hello CausticSoda, I'm sorry you had to deal with this. It's
not something someone would like to read. The best way to deal with
a toxic player is to report him using our in game system and to
block him. You don't need to waste your time with this person and
ruin your games. As for the system, it's the only way we can
control this kind of behavior for now and it works. The
CS team receive thousands of reports like this every day and
it would take them years and huge amount of resources to
resolve these issues (not only in WoT).Toxicity is something that
we can not solve on our own and we count on every single player to
be respectful toward others first and to report any toxic
behavior they may encounter. Also, not informing you if we
have taken action against this player doesn't mean that we did not
or that the system is not working.

day we said whatever we liked, If you didn't like what we
said you argued the point, not call for a ban Next up we will have
the debate about ..... well I won't name them but you can readily
imagine what I might have in mind Generally I am pretty open minded
but the snowflake stuff does annoy me Dwigt: There's a difference between someone wishing your family was
dead and being a snowflake. Some people lost relatives during wars,
pandemics or from disease... Not the best thing to hear or to read.
I'm personally with you on snowflaking in general but not in
this particular case.

Rommel as a general, and will be no-platformed by you if they
do? Dwigt: You can! It's not ok to discuss war crimes or war criminal's
achievements simply because some people might get offended on
a public forum of a company.
