Although I have bad stats in the tank (I got it when I started playing but now my overall gameplay improved so I know what to do a bit more) it has a particular playstyle. Hybrid sniper I would say. Wait for the right time to use your 2 rounds. You wouldn't be able to finish off a full hp enemy tank and you have 14 sec reload time with no armor. I used to play it with Vents, VStab and GLD but with the equipment changes, IRM seems pretty good. You don't need more mobility but something to improve your aiming and reload time.
