I think it is fair to say, that on this forum the vast majority of posters have received this update with scorn, and i realise you cannot comment cos you gotta feed the kids eh, but this 10 year celebration of WOT is a disaster! WG Free'd the cheaters, and i don't give a hoot about the differing levels of severity. Cheats were punished according to your criteria, and permanently.  Now this update, with another tranche inbound. Crew 2.0 (gulp).  Anyhow, i gave up the premium account about 12 months ago, disaffected with the the changes and direction of the game. I will still play, because when i first started i was hooked like a druggie, i could think of nothing better to do, when i got some spare time.  Sadly this hook has gone.
