dont you disable mods folder at all?Yes there have been some improvements, that i also personally use (such as official XVM mod, and MoE calculator) but for the last 3-4 years nothing really has come up. Just implement these on your core game and you are free to go.
Or maybe try the following. Allow moders to play with mods only in a supertest-common test enviroment. If there is a genuine original idea, let them send you the code and you implement this -optionally- in the original game files, so nothing "weird" can be ever installed.
Or implement something like a "digitally signed" mod, so if a mode hasn't been pre approved, it simply will not work.
Dwigt: The mods that we have on our portal are already approved. We always
ask our players not to download mods from a third party
website or any other source.
About the code, it's their idea and their property. It's a contribution that they bring to our game development and we can't ask them to give it to us. It's not that simple. Yeah it happens sometimes, the developer (moder) sells his idea or gets recruited by the company.

Actually, a player can start a new account, buy a tier VIII premium

Dwigt: Exactly that's what I wanted to say. Having the reward tanks
from Frontline and having 1000 battles doesn't make you a
cheater.
