Probably more NO than YES, which is fine.
I suppose it's new CW reward tank. As long as CW reward tank is not CW meta tank it's nice.

Dwigt: I guess a lot of the tanks that we have in game were prototypes
that stayed on paper or didn't make it to the front lines. The APCR
pen on this one is not that good if you compare it to other TX
