I never won the lottery too,
should I start doubting the national lottery office?The website
picks the winners and publish the list for a day or two I guess. I
checked the list myself even though I did not participate. We do it
for impartiality and fairness reasons.
Once we receive the list, our CS department sends emails directly to the winners and credits their account with the prize. Better luck next time!

Choosing a 3rd party website to do the lottery is the best way. Everyone can enter the giveaway and it's not WG that will draw/pick the winners. Also if we did it ourselves I would imagine more people saying that's totally not legit.It's not just us, all companies use this website for their giveaway.
