Bonus everyone starting the game in the future will have fewer tanks they have to grind. Since most of these are at lower tiers it does not affect the game too much players will still get to high tiers at about the same speed they do now. Its a good thing as really whats the point after playing at tier 5 and 6 for some time in always having to go back to tier 2 to change to another line.
