need/collect/use to unlock the tanks, not the modules.
Dwigt: Hey man,I think what Eekeeboo was referring to was
this. For the time being there will be no compensation if you
already own the tier X tanks. The Collector's Vehicles Relocation
Mechanics section in the article sums it up and I highly recommend
you that you go through it.
