you want to retrain crew members with 3 4 skills.Personally I use
credits if the crew is still new but if it's an advanced crew I'd
go with the gold option, and now is a very good time!

tech trees. Chinese: I already have them all from tier IV
and above. Japanese: No buys, nothing interesting at the
moment. Czechoslovakian: TVP VTU (14.200 Free XP)
(1.928.000) Skoda T 50 (16.200 Free XP) (2.768.000) I had these two
tanks already unlocked with the use of Blueprints ... ... I used
some Free XP for some modules of the lower tier tanks to buy them.
The TVP T 50/51 is also unlocked, but I'll wait for it to be ToT to
grind the XP for the modules of the Skoda T 50. Italian: I
already have them all from tier IV and above. And ... there
is nothing ready for buying from the Swedish & Poland tech trees.
