[Sandbox Results] New Balance: What's Next?

Dwigt: Good day everyone, I know a lot of you are asking about the rewards and why you still didn't get the 5 premium days. I'm glad I was able to answer all your PMs and apologized for the delay but as it turns out, crediting the rewards to all the players who completed the 3 missions takes some time.  Our CS department is handling all the rewards and they should be available on your accounts any day soon. If you have any issues with the survey itself, please send them in a PM with your SPAID. Again, we want to thank you for participating and providing your valued feedback. On a personal note, I apologize for the delays and I will try to keep you posted and make sure that you receive your rewards.For now I will kindly ask you to be a little more patient (Yes I know I've already asked you that) and wish you a very pleasant week ahead
