sandbox client or in regular game?Dwigt: It should appear now in the live servers.

sandbox server thou.Dwigt: If you did that yesterday, it's possible you didn't receive
it because of the technical issue. It should pop up on the live
servers starting today.
Artur__Rosiak, on 19 February 2020 - 03:21 PM, said: I'm really not happy the tech tree changes got a green light. They
say that the tanks removed from the tech tree from tiers VI-X will
be purchasable for credits, but I simply don't trust WG and I'm
sure they will be overpriced, and being sold only on BM (and maybe
for a short time for those who researched the vehicles but didn't
have them in the garage). Also it just feels unnecessary, if
someone finds it too difficult to see through the current version
of the tech tree, then sorry but he's a half-wit and getting him to
X tiers quicker is a big mistake, as he's going to be just as
braindead on the battlefield. Not to mention many low tier tanks
are abysmal and having an alternative choice to get to a higher
tier was nice. At least the HE changes won't make it
through, but that also mean the shell rebalance proposition failed
once more and we won't get it this year. So... The tech
tree streamlining, which was also criticized for various reasons,
will go to the live servers. The HP increase (at least for
the lower tiers) will go further. Not thrilled with any. The
low-tiers always had those fast and furious battles, something that
made them fun. No explanation about the reworked and
the added vehicles. At least tell us if they are being reworked to
make them more attractive to the player base or if they stay as
such. The performance of those was abyssmal in the current form.
And please, if you remove the tier VI - IX vehicles, keep
their customization. Some people like to play those in a way,
others may want a different thing (Jumbo is one such example). Tier
X vehicles are already at their best configuration. But the lower
tiers can offer a varied gameplay, players having their own
favorites (here's another example - AMX65 played with the first
turret and gun). So, if you remove vehicles and let us keep the
ones we own, allow us to fiddle with their
configurations. The ammo rework wasn't popular, as it was expected. None of the solutions, proposed by the players, was accepted. So, no surprises here. The SPG rework also failed. The more powerful HE shells proved ineffective, people reverting fast to the standard HE shells. The AP shells were inefficient, too, as those are requiring a better aim and shell velocity. So, welcome to tier VI seal-clubbing. It should be fun to see the clueless new players thrown directly in the fire, after the removal of most of the tiers I - V tanks. Poor newbies won't understand what hit them and why.
Dwigt: We are not removing tanks from the game, they're just being
moved from a tab to another! You got used to the tree as it
is, good for you. You will still have the "moved" tanks in your
garage and you will still be able to play them or buy the ones that
you don't own, but many players and especially newcomers
won't necessarily agree with you. Once someone reaches Tier 6, he
will be able to go back and buy/research different lower tier tanks
and choose the tanks he wants to play instead of grinding and
spending credits and xp on tanks he wouldn't use. From
my own opinion, a new clueless player can always go and buy a Tier
6 or 8. You can get your free tier 6 anyway.
