I see that WG encourage people use more standard shells and not premium ammo, that is a good idea. But why the price of special shells are still so high for now? I understand that special shells are special, so a bit more expensive, but being 4 times more expensive is just a joke. Also the HP increases, Of course is necessary, but is it necessary to all tanks? Such as EBR, 279e, T95/Chiftan, 2684, do they really need that much HP? They are already very very OP right now and with this HP increase they are literally indestructible. Standard shells can in no case do DMG to them and using special shells take years to take them out. Right now tanks like 279e can simply drive across all enemy fires and using their massive HP pull to push through a entire flank and still survive and there is nothing his enemy can do to him. I hope WG can do a bit more adjustment on those facts and use this as an opportunity to balance out the game now. This is the best chance to make some big changes set things right and still make everyone happy.  12:36 Added after 3 minute Also some advice to arty game play. make them use AP only if they want to do dmg. WG can give them very high AP alfa so they will be happy as well for example the AP alfa in the old arty days, but really stop artys from using HEs that is pure annoying.

The way I see it is that low tier tanks will benefit from that HP increase so they can enjoy the game and not getting one shot and reducing the gap between tiers. We'll have to see how these case by case will be treated when the time comes. Perhaps the EBR won't be as reliable as it is now with the HE shell rework... This is sandbox server and nothing is certain.

Please can you add either a new identifier (different colour oak leaves perhaps) or at a minimum another filter in addition to the current Elite and Premium garage filters.

Dwigt:  That's a very nice point and thank you for sharing it! The new tech tree is still under development so it would be nice to include your idea it in your feedback.

The question is, what does spring mean to someone in Belarus?   All I have found out so far is that the Minsk Spring Tango Festival is happening in mid-May. A must for all you Strictly Come Dancing aficionados!   https://www.springtango.by/en/index.html

Dwigt:  Count me in

I would like to see just the premium ammo damage reduced by 20% instead of all of the buffs to HP and standard ammo damage, but I understand they have to do it this way due to policy of not directly nerfing premium vehicles.
This makes standard ammo more of high risk - high reward ammo. It doesn't fix the problem of absurd penetration difference, causing standard ammo to be not enough to reliably pen weak spots, while premium ammo goes in while auto-aiming into upper plate. The mindless gold spam is the reason I can't stand playing heavy tanks on high tiers and it won't stop because of those changes

So, this change is interesting, but the hardcore heavy tank players will see it only as an effective DPM nerf, as they will still need to use lots of gold to break enemy lines.

And when it comes to HE changes.... PLEASE NO. This is terrible. All the fun of punishing glass cannons is gone, as the high risk - high reward factor of HE is absolutely trashed. The problem with HE not being used as an alternative to gold spam is still not fixed, as you still deal practically no damage to a heavy tank in defensive position. With limited ammo count it is just not effective... taking down a tier X heavy tank with 50-100 damage shots would require driving full HE and being able of killing one tank. JUST NO.
You took all the fun part of HE ammo and didn't provide any real use for it. Just remove it completely if you dislike it so much!

Dwigt:  Reducing premium shells cost won't solve premium ammo spamming. It will encourage players to use it more and more. At this point in the game, increasing AP shells effectiveness was required so players can use it more. See it as you have the choice between AP standard shells, special shells situational but expensive, and HE... and it's up to you to choose what shells to use in every situation.
