But for your sake I can say that I personally have hated the HE spam over the years and rarely play derp guns myself. But I don't like this change at all as the game is indeed working. In real life you'll find that HE shells do penetrate their intended target before exploding so removing all penetrating values from HE is horrendous.
Removing 92 vehicles from the tech trees just makes the game dull for a low tier player. And removing historical vehicles from the tech tree is stupid and a slap in the face for those that like the historical part of the game. It's also disrespectful towards all the men who fought and in many cases even died in those vehicles, and to their relatives as well.

I fear that this will be the demise of WoT and that I will get more time to pursue my other hobbies in the future.
