How long does it take to receive the tank?

I'm so sad if that is true - so much effort - and wasted time and no result...   Edit:   I tied again few minutes later and there is a change: "Black Gold Award Congratulations! You have scored enough Fame Points to get a prize vehicle. Select one of the tanks below and it will be added to your Garage." the only problem is I cant press the select button - some problem with script I guess...I will try different computer later on hopefully it will work
