Decept1on: @knightM, these 3 "first" warnings are to show the players that there is a penalty system, it will never reset; the way I understand it is to give a chance the clans to understand there is such system and if they persist then they are aware of the future penalties that follow.   In the meantime got some good news for you, with the Stage One release we'll introduce this, on 6th and 7th zoom levels clans icons will be displayed, although the provinces will remains "unclickable".
