wouldnt be on that place. U obviuosly dont need to leave the clan
in order to get the tank. At least this will clear out things for
players. Again, i think this is vallid info and hey we have
screenshots 
Decept1on: Tanks are delivered via licenses for clans and wildcard for
"solo" players If you haven't received a license (from your clan)
then you are eligible for the wildcard, as per the rules.
