Decept1on: Ok so IS-5 was distributed for those who were eligible for the free one, the ability to purchase the tank is also available now, just visit the event map here: http://worldoftanks..../maps/eventmap/ If you are eligible you'll get a pop-up to purchase the tank, otherwise it will just be the frozen map.
