Chips disappearing?

Decept1on: So we have a mistake in the announcement (yes, in RU also): "2.5. The first Fortresses will appear after world redivision." Should be: "2.5. The first Fortresses can be attacked after world redivision."   I'm very sorry about that, the rest of the rules are correct otherwise, so according to point 2.7, the situation is normal for you Bad_Seed. I've sent the info to fix the portal announcement also.
