Clan Wars feedback "What's not working?"

Which means that person could not apply to clan (only to write message to commander), I'm 99% certain the setting went wrong after update (e.g. 3 days go - 2013.10.07 it was working ok, and now - it changed).

* Another little issue, after fixing the settings - player joined the clan (is shown as clan member in game), but the clan page is not updated yet, and like 10minutes has passed. (there always was a delay, but not longer than 1min).
