update the Complain system page

Дата: 29.04.2014 11:01:13
Dakiras: The page requires some updates, yes; however, the complaint system is something that is handled by the Customer Support team and they update this information as regularly as they can. I'm sure you can agree that the most important thing for the Support team to do, as a priority, is to make sure that the response times on support tickets are as low as possible. The information here would be a secondary priority. Also, the page I linked was for the Support section of eu.wargaming.net which is the EU site.   As for the various sections of the complaint systems:   Out of game threats - This is something that we take very seriously, as do other companies in the games industry. Because the game is playable and accessible by people of all ages and cultural backgrounds. Conflict can occur between players, and this can sometimes escalate out of the game. If a credible threat is made as to out of game harassment or violence, this should be reported and then if required we can take necessary action with appropriate authorities.   Unsportsmanlike conduct does not relate to someone's gameplay choices. If they are doing something to intentionally disrupt others, block them, team damage, reveal allied locations on the map, and so on. This is unsportsmanlike conduct. Choosing to play cautiously, whether or not that is something that the person should be doing, does not count as such.   Inaction/Bot - We are not asking you to do the investigation into whether or not someone is a bot. We are asking that you report someone you suspect might be a bot, or is inactive. We're not going to give out the process of how we identify them, since we don't want people to circumvent the process.
