Hacked ...?

Dakiras: If the account holder suspects that they've been compromised, then it's definitely worth contacting support directly and sorting things out with them. It's rare that an account will be targeted by hackers and taken without any prior knowledge of the account details/email etc.   Sadly there isn't much that we can do through the forums, so the best bet is to contact support and hopefully it's not a case of being hacked, but rather a disconnect/communication error with the server.
