Degrees of penalty

Dakiras: The reporting system doesn't work... if you don't USE it.   To answer your questions, Zorroot:   1. The penalty is dependent on the severity of the offense, and the context in which it's used. As for not speaking English in chat, this isn't actually against the rules.   2. Report it if you feel it's in breech of the rules. We will never tell you if your report has resulted in action taken against another player because that action stands between us and them.   3. This isn't something I'm willing to answer, because knowledge of the exactness of the system will result in abuse of it, especially when a group of people have a personal vendetta against someone for unwarranted reasons.   As I said above, if no-one uses it then it doesn't work and defeats the purpose of it. Cynics and sceptics don't report because they think it does nothing, and then wonders why nothing is done. If you feel it's necessary, then report.
