Need some recording tips ASAP please

Dakiras:   For actually capturing videos, I agree with the above. Personally I use DXTory with Lagarith Lossless Codec. Works a charm and doesn't have any noticeable impact on hardware performance; this of course assumes your computer is at least a mid-high spec by currently available tech. Not sure on lower specs.   The bonus with DXTory is that you can create multiple virtual audio channels so that when it comes to editing you don't have to work with just a single audio track that contains the game sounds, your music, and your voice comms. You can tune it all out, etc. Means you don't have issues when trying to upload to YouTube if you happen to be recording while listening to music - which has been an issue of mine when converting streams to YouTube. :P
