Camping Heavies

Dakiras: Maybe they're not camping, but REALLY slow (TOG joke to be made there somewhere.)   In all seriousness, I see this sometimes and my only response to it is:     If there's no good reason to hold back (ie. you're not playing Malinovka) then heavies should be roll forward with mediums following up from sides or something similar.
