8.11 Test server login problems

Dakiras: As bggeneral says, try your old password and double check the characters, caps lock, etc. If you use more than one keyboard layout on your computer (such as I do sometimes) make sure it's set to the correct one. You wouldn't believe how many times I tried my normal password with a French or German layout keyboard.   If you're still having issues, I'd suggest contacting Customer Support (button at the top right of the forums) so that they can help you. Since it's an issue with sensitive data (login details and passwords), the forum isn't the best place to assist and it's best to speak to a customer service rep privately.
