Universe month waste of time!

Dakiras: "The submitted image must be your own work" for contest #2.   This means that you cannot take a magazine cover that already exists and use it as your own. Or take the work someone else has made for community-created WoT/WoWp magazines already in existence. With contest #2, there was no rule inhibiting use of our official images so long as the design of the cover was your own. Some entries were disqualified because they were actual, published magazine covers that were edited slightly and used as entries.   As for the meme contest, this I already explained.
