are currently investigating Connection problems with the servers,
so you may experience some rng in connectivity every now and then,
pls keep an Eye out for mor information." . Is that asking too
much? Is it really fair that customers is supposed to come to you,
reporting problems when you are already investigating them? . I
-just-don't-get-it. (Sry for whining, but had a crappy day
here at work Dakiras: The flip side is "Why are you not talking to us?" :) Kind of
a double-edged sword really. So is it better to post and
acknowledge that your issues have been seen and being investigated,
or not at all and you're wondering if anyone's even read the
thread? I personally feel that the former is better to at least
show "hey, yea we're reading and we're poking to get this sorted or
at least more info."

is the not so "solid" information? And if you are waiting for
"more" information, what is the information you have right now?
I would be happy to know what your ongoing "investigations"
brought up so far,..eh...anything?^^Dakiras: The "not so solid" info is that there were some connection
issues last night around 7-8pm CET, which were reported to us by
the community. These connection issues no longer seem to be
the issue but problems are still being experienced and as such
a more detailed diagnostic needs to be run.
