Dakiras:   I agree with this. As long as they are trying their best to be understood and are making an effort, it's not really a problem. You can easily take what is being said and fill in the missing pieces without too much trouble.   Please remember that everyone here is trying to communicate and sometimes that may call for patience, so that's what you give them. If you do not wish to read the text that is posted in broken English, you honestly don't have to. Simply let them be and continue with your own threads and discussions as you normally would.
