European internet servers worlds worst? (not WOT alone)

Dakiras: hyzary, I'll admit that N technology has improved things massively, but interruptions can occur at the most inopportune moments. I've had some terrible experiences with wireless over the years - even using Wireless-N - so tend to use it less when it comes to games.  I'm extremely competitive, so every little edge I can get makes all the difference to me.
