European internet servers worlds worst? (not WOT alone)

Dakiras: They're good, as far as I know. The server is only serving and thus it'll probably be running several hundred fps (if my estimations are correct) since it's not rendering any graphics itself. It's only serving code for the clients... but then that's getting into the "baffling" territory for some people. Suffice it to say that server fps only causes an issue for lower spec boxes. That being said, I've never actually looked at the server specifications that we run... but as a techie I'd very much love to.  I'm not saying that the servers are faultless, but often there's something in between that's causing the issue since server tech these days are insanely good.   Quite often (in my personal experience) it's an issue with client fps, coupled with fluctuations in upload creating a discrepancy between client-server communication, and thus interpolation occurs to 'fill the gaps' of missing data.   However, that's going a little off-course.
